If you have forgotten your password, you can start the process of resetting it on the login page. You'll find a link that takes you to a page where you can type in the email you used to register on the platform, and we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Kepler + Co login screen and select 'Forgot password'.

 

Step 2: Fill in the email address you used when activating your account.

Step 3: You will receive an email from the integrated mailing system containing your unique password reset link. Follow that link to reset your password.

 

Step 4: Fill in your email address, and the new password you created.

 

Step 5: To reset your password from the platform,  go to your profile settings, and click on 'Change Password'. You'll receive an email, and you can follow the process mentioned above.
